Confidence is a hue problem for a lot of people.
The lack of CONFIDENCE , lack of SELF BELIEF , lack of SELF CONFIDENCE all mean the same thing.
You are STUCK and in a RUT as you don’t believe you have the CAPABILITY to go for what you want.
Yet if someone was to work with your MIND and BRAINWASH you to BELIEVE in yourself, then your life would TRANSFORM!
I know this to be true, as this was the situation with me.
So here are my DAILY POSITIVE HABITS FOR YOUR CONFIDENCE to INCREASE !
1. Start SMALL and do something out of your SAFE ZONE, even eat a different dish!
2. Smile at COMPLETE strangers, this will help you with RAPPORT BUILDING.
3. Use your BRAIN and learn a new skill, anything small.
4. Speak to yourself in powerful ways, what ever you tell yourself will become your reality.
If you can or you cannot either way you are right!
5. Walk strong and tall and allow your physiology speak confidence!

I find many subjects fascinating.
However there is one subject that really captures my interest, that is the relationship with self.
When I observe the world around me, I am stunned at the amount of individuals who seek validation outside of themselves.
The TRUTH is, you are in a RELATIONSHIP with yourself for the rest of your life!
So you may as well start liking who you are.
Now your first question might be, how do I do that?
I have never liked myself
I have never liked being on my own
I have never liked looking at myself in the mirror
etc etc…
Step 1. Start to spend at least 1 hour a day being nice to yourself, that can be indulging in a positive activity, do it completely on your own.
Step 2. Start spending 1 minuite a day speaking nice things to yourself, then increase to 5 min, then 10 min.
Step 3. Start getting use to falling in love with yourself, in a healthy loving supportive, nurturing way.
Step 4. Start getting use to looking at yourself in the mirror and “send your self loving energy”.
Step 5. Start getting use to giving yourself COMPLIMENTS, build them up day by day.
If you want people to like and love you, then you need to do it first. Why should anybody have the responsibility to love you, when you cannot do it yourself.
It is your personal responsability, to love and adore you.
You will be amazed at the impact this will have on your world.

In my experience of going from my comfort zone and entering the TERROR ZONE, it has been a mixture of feeling terrified, petrified, nauseating, to elation, exhilaration ,then ultimately TRANSFORMATION takes place.
Consider what you could do each day, each week, each month to step into the terror zone.

New group to join, of like minded souls
Buy a new colour, instead of safe colours, go for vibrancy.
Eat a new dish.
Test something new.
Easter has been and gone, it is a season for new beginnings and new fruits, allow them to be birthed in your life.
If you are really SERIOUS about building your SELF CONFIDENCE, this will be a excellent way to start.

One of the most indulging acts a woman can do for herself, is having a makeover.
On Valentines, I always indulge in something positively uplifting for myself. I like to experience different ways to do this.
In my local town of St Albans, in St. Christopher Place is a excellent beauty store called
Space. NK. apothecary.
This store is crammed with beauty products for the hair/body/skin from all over the world.
As I walked in there recently to purchase my usual conditioner, I was invited to indulge in a FREE makeover.
So I accepted this kind offer and came back a week later.
I was sat in the chair and my face was given a 2 hour makeover, I had lotions and potions and different makeup, that I wouldn’t normally wear applied to my face.
It was a delight,I informed Gemma the makeup artist, to get creative with her skills and just to go by what she thought would bring out the best in my skin and features.
It was a success, the makeup did look striking and she gave me some good tips to go home with.
What was great about Gemma, she didn’t deliver any hard sale. I even got offered a delightful cool glass of champagne, to enjoy whilst I was being made up.
I didn’t purchase anything, as I use Aloe Vera, forever living products, that are fantstic for my skin and are enriched with vitamins and ant- anging.
However I am always open to other products on the market.
Gemman was warm, friendly and we had a good chat about what I do as I buisnes and what her aspirations are.
Gemma also informed me that a lot of men now indulge in facicals, so it isn’t just a target for women to look beautiful.
So if you haven’t ever indulged in a makeover, pop into a big boots store, there are always makeup artist, eager to practise on wonderful people like you.
What a great way to FEEL GORGEOUS!

Public SPEAKING is known to be one of the BIGGEST fears for anyone to face.
Why is this?
Well from my own experience of having this issue, these are my reasons.
Will I sound odd?
Will I look stupid?
Will I fluff my words?
Will I be able to keep flowing?
My list is endless.
However my plan was to CONQUER this FEAR and I believe I have.
I conquered my FEAR, by DOING it and my CONFIDENCE has grown!
The interesting thing that I discovered, was that majority of speakers have a battle with nerves before they go on stage. So it is very normal and of course the more you do it, the more you get CONFIDENT.
If you are DETERMINED to do this, I can recommend a great RESCOURCE that will support you every step of the way.
Toastmasters are BRILLIANT, they gave you the space, the platform to deliver and best of all you get lost of encouragements.
I am a member of my local branch in the Red Lion Pub, Hatfield, Herts.
If joining a club is too much for you, then take small positive steps.
1.Get use to giving individuals eye contact.
2.Seek the name of those you are speaking too and use their name it creates rapport.
3. Speak out your opinion on a subject in a group setting, get use to having your voice heard.
4. Seek opportunity to speak to more than one in a group.
5. Explore ways to build rapport.
Rapport is the mother of effective communication. Confdent public speaking doesn’t have to start in huge audience, just apply any of the tips above and you should be easily on your way to building your confidence

This is the most common limiting thought individuals have about themselves, when they embark on something new in their life.
CAN I DO IT ?
Well let us explore this further…
To do any ACTIVITY, you must know how to do it.
This means…
Understanding the whole receipe of what is involved.
So for e.g.
If you wanted to learn a new language, then you would need to follow the following receipe.
1. Find were to study the language.
2. Find what rescouces you need, on line study, in clas.
3 Research the best method for LEARNING.
4. Listen to the CD’S as often as applicable.
5. Do your homework.
6 PRACTICE, UNTILL YOU MASTER.
So there for YOU CAN DO IT!
It just takes EFFORT and ACTION to get the RESULT you want.
Don’t let anybody tell you any different, if they do, they are projecting their limitiing beliefs about themselves on to you .
